THIS EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made as of the 30th day of September, 2005 (the “Effective Date”), by and between Pharmaceutical Research Associates, Inc., a Virginia corporation (“Employer”), having its principal office in the Commonwealth of Virginia, which is a wholly-owned subsidiary of PRA International, a Delaware corporation (“PRA International”), and Bruce A. Teplitzky (“Employee”).
