(formerly known as VNU, Inc.) (“TNC-NMR), a Delaware corporation, having offices at 770 Broadway, New York, New York 10036 and Arbitron Inc. (“Arbitron”), a Delaware corporation, with offices at 142 West 57th Street, New York, New York 10019.
