THIS EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of February 6, 2007 (the “Effective Date”), by and between Sprint Nextel Corporation, a Kansas corporation (the “Company”) on behalf of itself and any of its subsidiaries, affiliates and related entities, and Richard Lindahl (the “Executive”) (the Company and the Executive, collectively, the “Parties,” and each, a “Party”). Certain capitalized terms are defined in Section 29.
