This Collaboration Agreement (this “Agreement”) is entered into as of this 6th day of February, 2007 (the “Effective Date”) by and between The Corporate Executive Board Company, a Delaware corporation (“CEB”), and The Advisory Board Company, a Delaware corporation (“ABCO”).
