THIS AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”), made this 29th day of November, 2007, by and between FIRST FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK, Clarksville, Tennessee, a federally chartered savings bank (the “Bank”), FRANKLIN G. WALLACE (the “Executive”), and FIRST ADVANTAGE BANCORP (the “Company”), a Tennessee corporation and the holding company of the Bank, solely as guarantor.
