This Amended and Restated Employment Agreement (this “Agreement”) is dated as of October 2, 2008, originally effective July 2, 2007, between Novavax, Inc., a Delaware corporation having its principal office at 9920 Belward Campus Drive, Rockville, MD 20850, and Len Stigliano an individual with a mailing address of 685 Wyndrise Drive, Blue Bell, PA 19422(“Executive”). This Agreement is being amended and restated to provide for certain required changes.
