This Expense Limitation Agreement (“Agreement”) is made as of the 29th day of April, 2008, by and between Homestead Funds, Inc., a Maryland corporation (“Homestead Funds”), on behalf of each series of the Homestead Funds set forth on Schedule A hereto (each, a “Fund” and collectively, the “Funds”), and RE Advisers Corporation, a Virginia corporation (“RE Advisers”).
