This Agreement remains in effect for one year from (the "Effective Date"), and then from month to month at then-current rates. The attached Service Details, Uniform Customer Requirements, General Terms and Conditions and any other attachments to this Agreement are a part of this Agreement. Any early termination by Customer requires a minimum of 60 days notice and full payment of all fees that have accrued by such date.
