Engenio Information Technologies, Inc. (formerly LSI Logic Storage Systems, Inc.) (the “Company”) hereby grants you (the “Employee”), a nonqualified stock option under the Company’s 2004 Equity Incentive Plan (the “Plan”), to purchase shares of Class A common stock of the Company (“Shares”) effective as of the date (the “Grant Date”) indicated on the Notice of Grant of Stock Options (the “Notice of Grant”) to which this agreement is attached and which are collectively referred to as the “Agreement”. In general, the latest date this option will expire is the expiration date indicated on the Notice of Grant (the “Expiration Date”). However, as provided in this Agreement, this option may expire earlier than the Expiration Date.
