This Remote Resourcing Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into effective April ___, 2005 (the “Effective Date”) by and between Prescient Applied Intelligence, Inc., having its principal offices at 1247 Ward Avenue, Suite 200, West Chester, PA 19380 (“Client”), and Healthcare BPO Partners, L.P., a Texas limited partnership corporation having offices at 5215 N. O’Conner Street, Suite 800, Irving, Texas 75039 (“Supplier”).
