This GUARANTY AGREEMENT (this “Guaranty”), dated as of January 3, 2006, is made by SCREW COMPRESSION SYSTEMS, INC. (“Guarantor”), a Texas corporation and a wholly owned subsidiary of Natural Gas Services Group, Inc, for the benefit of WESTERN NATIONAL BANK, a national banking association (“Lender”).
