THIS EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”); effective as of December 1, 1999, by and between TBX Resources, Inc., a Texas corporation (the “Company”), with offices at 12300 Ford Road, Suite 194, Dallas, Texas, 75234 and Timothy Burroughs, (“Burroughs”), who resides at 9519 Windy Hollow, Valley Ranch, Texas 75063.
