This Consulting Agreement (“Agreement”), dated as of May 10, 2006, is between Ace Cash Express, Inc., a Texas corporation (the “Company”), and Raymond C. Hemmig, an individual resident of the State of Texas (“Hemmig”). The Company and Hemmig are hereinafter referred to as the “Parties.”
