AMENDMENT NO. 1 dated as of October 13, 2006, between INTERNATIONAL LEASE FINANCE CORPORATION (the “Company”); each of the financial institutions listed on the signature pages hereof (individually, a “Bank” and, collectively, the “Banks”, together with their respective successors and assigns); and CITICORP USA, INC. FIVE-YEAR REVOLVING CREDIT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”), dated as of October 13, 2006, among INTERNATIONAL LEASE FINANCE CORPORATION, a California corporation (herein called the “Company”), the financial institutions listed on the signature pages hereof (herein, together with their respective successors and assigns, collectively called the “Banks” and individually each called a “Bank”) and CITICORP USA, INC.
