THIS EXECUTIVE CHANGE-IN-CONTROL SEVERANCE AGREEMENT is made, entered into, and is effective this 25th day of October, 2006 (hereinafter referred to as the “Effective Date”), by and between Cash America International, Inc. (the “Company”), a Texas corporation, and Albert Goldstein (“Executive”).
