THIS NON-QUALIFIED STOCK OPTION AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made effective and entered into as of February ___, 2007, by and between PIER 1 IMPORTS, INC., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), and ALEXANDER W.
