This EXECUTIVE SEVERANCE AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is dated as of March 14, 2007 (the “Effective Date”). The parties to this Agreement (“Parties”) are PANHANDLE STATE BANK (“PSB”), and Pamela Rasmussen (“Executive”).
