This Employment Agreement (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of the 1st day of March, 2007 between ViewCast.com, Inc. (the “Employer”), a corporation, and David T. Stoner (the “Executive”), residing at 2304 Creekridge Drive, McKinney, TX 75070. Where not otherwise defined herein, capitalized terms used herein have the meanings set forth in Section 9.1 of this Agreement.
