This Promotional Shares Escrow Agreement (“Agreement”) was entered into , 2005, among First Trinity Financial Corporation.(the “Company”), 7633 East 63rd Place, Suite 230, Tulsa, Oklahoma 74133. and (the “Depositor”), and Arvest Bank (the “Escrow Agent”). The Escrow Agent is located at 7633 E. 63rd Place, Suite 255, Tulsa, Oklahoma 74133. The Company, Depositors and Escrow Agent are collectively referred to as “Signatories” in this Agreement.
