THIS CHANGE IN CONTROL AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is entered into effective as of June 18, 2007, by and between DEAN FOODS COMPANY, a Delaware corporation (together with its subsidiaries, the “Company”), and Paul Moskowitz (the “Executive”).
