This Employment Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into effective as of July 4, 2007 (the “Effective Date”), by and between The Shaw Group Inc., a Louisiana corporation (collectively with its affiliates and subsidiaries hereinafter referred to as, the “Company”), and Lou Pucher (“Employee”). The Company and Employee shall hereinafter be referred to collectively as the “Parties”.
