THIS AMENDED AND RESTATED SUPPLY AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into on January 23, 2008 to be effective as of January 1, 2008 (“Amendment Effective Date”), by and between DEL MONTE CORPORATION, a Delaware corporation (“DLM”), as successor in interest to H.J.
