THIS SUPPORT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”), dated as of February 5, 2008 is by and between Pinnacle Gas Resources, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Pinnacle”), and certain stockholders of Quest Resource Corporation, a Nevada corporation (“Quest” or the “Company”), set forth on Schedule I hereto (each a “Stockholder” and collectively the “Stockholders”).
