The parties to this Agreement are LaCrosse Footwear, Inc., 18550 N.E. Riverside Parkway, Portland, Oregon 97230-4975 (“Licensee”) and W. L. Gore & Associates, Inc., 555 Paper Mill Road, P. O. Box 9329, Newark, Delaware 19714-9329 and W. L. Gore & Associates GmbH, Hermann Oberth Strasse 22, D-85640 Putzbrunn, Germany hereinafter collectively referred to as “Gore”.
