This CREDIT AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is entered into as of March 3, 2008, among LAM RESEARCH CORPORATION, a Delaware corporation (the “Borrower”), each lender from time to time party hereto (collectively, the “Lenders” and individually, a “Lender”), and ABN AMRO BANK N.V., as Administrative Agent (the “Administrative Agent”).
