This amendment (“Amendment”) complements and amends the Global Access Agreement between Amadeus IT Group, S.A. (“AMADEUS”) and eBookers Limited (“EBOOKERS”) dated January 1, 2004 (the “Agreement”) and is effective October 1, 2007.
