This Separation Agreement and Release (“Agreement”) is entered into on May 13, 2008 between Noble Corporation, a Delaware Corporation, (“Noble”), and Robert D. Campbell (“Campbell”) (Noble and Campbell are collectively referred to herein as the “Parties,” and individually as a “Party”). The “Effective Date” of this Agreement shall be on the eighth (8th) day after this Agreement has been signed by Campbell.
