THIS EMPLOYEE NONQUALIFIED STOCK OPTION AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made as of this 1st day of October, 2008, between TANDY BRANDS ACCESSORIES, INC., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), and N. This Employment Agreement (the “Agreement”) by and between Tandy Brands Accessories, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company” or “Tandy Brands”), and N. Roderick McGeachy, III (“Executive”) is hereby entered into effective as of October 1, 2008 (“Effective Date”).
