This Technology License and Services Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into as of April 26, 2007 (the “Agreement Effective Date”) by and between Phoenix Technologies Ltd., having an office at 915 Murphy Ranch Road, Milpitas, California 95035 U.S.A.
