THIS EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”), dated as of January 1, 2008, (the “Effective Date”) is entered into by and between Teton Energy Corporation, a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), and Lonnie R. Brock, an individual with an address at 219 Gallagher Court, Erie, Colorado 80516, (the “Executive”) (collectively, the “Parties,” individually, a “Party”).
