This Restricted Stock Agreement is entered into between FORESTAR GROUP INC., a Delaware corporation (“Forestar”), and Participant, and is an integral and inseparable term of Participant’s employment or other service as an employee, non-employee director, or other service provider of Forestar or an Affiliate.
