THIS EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”), is entered into as of April 26, 2006 by and between Critical Therapeutics, Inc., a Delaware corporation with its principal place of business at 60 Westview Street, Lexington, MA 02421 (the “Company”), and Dana C. Hilt, M.D., residing at 4300 Temora Manor Drive, Ellicott City, Maryland 21042 (the “Executive”).
