This Separation Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into by and between NaviSite, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), and James Pluntze (the “Employee”) as of July 31, 2007, and supersedes in its entirety that certain Separation Agreement made and entered into by and between the Company and Employee dated April 3, 2006.
