THIS EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”), effective as of August 13, 2007 (the “Effective Date”), is made by and between Molecular Insight Pharmaceuticals, Inc., a Massachusetts corporation having its principal place of business at 160 Second Street, Cambridge, Massachusetts 02142 (the “Employer”), and Donald Wallroth (the “Employee”).
