This Master Services Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into between Sentinel Properties—Bedford, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Sentinel”), and Constant Contact, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Customer”), and dated as of July 19, 2007 (the “MSA Effective Date”). Capitalized terms used herein but not otherwise defined will have the meanings ascribed to them in Section 1.
