Advisory Agreement dated April 28, 2008, between John Hancock Trust, a Massachusetts business trust (the “Fund” or the “Trust”) and John Hancock Investment Management Services, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (the “Adviser”). In consideration of the mutual covenants contained herein, the parties agree as follows:

THIS AGREEMENT is made as of this 28th day of April, 2008 by and between John Hancock Trust (the “Trust”), on behalf of each of its funds listed in Appendix A hereto (the “Funds”), and John Hancock Investment Management Services, LLC (“John Hancock”) (the “Agreement”).
