As you may know, Autodesk, Inc. (“Autodesk”) and Moldflow Corporation (“Moldflow”) are entering in an Agreement and Plan of Merger (the “Merger Agreement”), whereby Switch Acquisition Corporation, a subsidiary of Autodesk would acquire all outstanding shares of Moldflow common stock (the “Merger”).
