The Employment Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of November 10, 2008 (the “Effective Date”) by and between RXi Pharmaceuticals Corporation, a Delaware corporation (“RXi” or “Employer”), and Konstantinos Ioannou Andrikopoulos, Ph.D., Esq., an individual and resident of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts (“Employee”).
