THIS AGREEMENT is made and entered into as of this 23rd day of June, 1995, by and between First Business Bancshares, Inc., a Wisconsin corporation (the “Corporation”), and its wholly owned subsidiary First Business Bank of Madison, a Wisconsin state-chartered bank (the “Bank”) (herein collectively referred to as the “Companies”) and Jerome J.
