THIS SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT AND COMPLETE AND PERMANENT RELEASE (the “Agreement”) is entered into between Vincent J. Lombardo (for himself and his agents, representatives, assigns, heirs, personal representatives, and any person claiming by or through him or them) (collectively “Lombardo”), and Ablest Inc.
