THIS INDEMNITY AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made and entered into as of this ___day of ______ 20___, by and between Johnson Controls, Inc., a Wisconsin corporation (the “Company”) and _______________, a Director and/or Officer of the Company (the “Executive”). Capitalized terms used in this Agreement and not otherwise defined in the text of this Agreement, or in Paragraph 17 hereof, shall have the respective meanings ascribed to them in Section 180.0850 of the Wisconsin Business Corporation Law (the “Statute”).
