This Escrow Agreement (the “Agreement”) dated as of April 27, 2006 is by and between, Southern Iowa BioEnergy LLC, an Iowa limited liability company (the “Company”) and Great Western Bank, Omaha, Nebraska (the “Escrow Agent”), (the “Escrow Agent” and the “Company” may also be hereinafter referred to as the “Parties”).
