Manly, IV (hereinafter “Executive”) and Premium Standard Farms, Inc., its past or present parents, subsidiaries, affiliated entities, officers, directors, partners, principals, shareholders, agents, employees, contractors, attorneys, representatives or assignees (hereinafter the “Company”).
