THIS AGREEMENT FOR PURCHASE OF REAL ESTATE AND RELATED PROPERTY (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of the 14th day of July, 2006, by and between JOHN B. SANFILIPPO & SON, INC., a Delaware corporation (“Seller”), and ARTHUR/BUSSE LIMITED PARTNERSHIP, an Illinois limited partnership (“Purchaser”).

This FOURTH AMENDMENT TO INDUSTRIAL BUILDING LEASE (this “Amendment”), is made as of the 24th day of April, 2006 by and between CHICAGO TITLE LAND TRUST COMPANY, not personally, but as successor Trustee under Trust Agreement dated February 7, 1979 and known as Trust Number 100628 (“Lessor”), and JOHN B. SANFILIPPO & SON, INC., a Delaware corporation (“Lessee”).
