This Management and Operational Services Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into as of the 26th day of July, 2006, by and between West Central Cooperative, a cooperative association organized and existing under the laws of the state of Iowa, with offices at Ralston, Iowa (“West Central”), and Southern Iowa BioEnergy LLC, a limited liability company organized and existing under the laws of the state of Iowa, with offices at 115 South Linden, Lamoni, Iowa (“SIBE”).
