The undersigned subscriber (“Subscriber”), desiring to become a member of Homeland Energy Solutions, LLC (“Homeland Energy”), an Iowa limited liability company, with its principal place of business at 951 North Linn Avenue, New Hampton, Iowa 50659 hereby subscribes for the purchase of membership units of Homeland Energy, and agrees to pay the related purchase price, identified below.
