US BioEnergy Corporation has entered into a master ethanol sales and marketing agreement, dated March 31, 2006, with Provista Renewable Fuels Marketing, LLC (f/k/a/ United Bio Energy Fuels, LLC), as amended by Amendment No. 1, effective as of March 31, 2006 (the “Master Agreement”) attached hereto.
