THIS ESCROW AGREEMENT, dated as of January 30, 2007 (this “Agreement”), is entered into by and between Ozark Ethanol, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (the “Company”), and US Bank, located in Lamar, Missouri (the “Escrow Agent”).
