This nonexclusive Second Amended and Restated Symantec Online Store Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into as of the Effective Date between Symantec Corporation, a Delaware corporation maintaining its principal place of business at 20330 Stevens Creek Boulevard, Cupertino, California 95014, Symantec Limited, an Irish corporation maintaining its principal place of business at Ballycoolen Industrial Park, Blanchardstown, Co.
