CREDIT AGREEMENT, dated as of April 4, 2007, among LODGENET ENTERTAINMENT CORPORATION, a Delaware corporation (the “Borrower”), the several banks and other financial institutions or entities from time to time parties to this Agreement (the “Lenders”), BEAR, STEARNS & CO.
